Screen tenants and prevent fair housing violations.  

I recommend that you focus your short term learning efforts on how to properly screen and manage tenants. 

By far the vast majority of realtors I interface with on a regular basis have no idea about renting properties, screening, leasing, or a good/bad lease. 

It will take you to a screen where you enter the applicable information.

It is not how many people who ask about a rental that counts; it is how many will pass your screening criteria.

Any issue I've had renting to SEC 8 (housing authority OR tenants) have been my fault- poor communication, improper tenant screening, etc.
