But if you only accept accredited investors then it is likely a Federal 506(c) exemption which allows for advertisement (and only allows accredited investors).

create a Pitt bull only criteria or advertise that you accept them.. raise your rent 30% and welcome them.. insure properly …  in many areas though frankly speaking those that own pits tend to be rougher folks to down right folks you would not want to rent to regardless of what kind of animal they had..
