I think tenants today (especially younger ones) are fine without doorbells. visitors simply send a text when they arrive. nobody wants unsolicited doorbell ringers anyway.

The Vrbo and Airbnb app do not cost any extra.I get a text message when there is an inquiry or instant bookings.
