I suspect you did not expect it to not be sold in 19 months, but the timing has made it so that you are attempting to sell in a market that the fed is trying to slow down and trying to slow down more.Without an address I cannot evaluate on anything but the pictures.

so when they talk to their accountant and they get those facts could make it less attractive.. not sure what imputed interest rate is today but suspect about 3 to 4%  so they have to pay tax like they were getting 3 to 4% interest even though they are not..

The fire dept arrived and could not find the source of the CO, and suspected a car had been left running in the garage without adequate ventilation since the CO reading was highest there, in the bedroom above and the adjacent units garage.
