You’ll have a better chance of finding someone to work with you that way as opposed to a cold intro via phone or social.

You can search social media groups and sales listings (FB, Craigs list). 

So I was looking at all these other agents that were successful and thought by myself, I can never do that - I am not a social butterfly, I don't know that many people, I don't know how they do it and can never do that many deals as they do.

While I would never consider myself someone who needs to indulge in mind-altering activities, I do partake on weekends and social events.
