I have after tax dollars sitting in a stock brokerage account.So my choice is today, do I buy more stocks , or do I buy a good almost positive , currently negative cash flow property, in what I believe is the best market in the country.Northern Virginia is exploding with Jobs and population, the federal government is just spending money like a drunken sailor.I have to pick my poison, stocks or real estate. 90% of my current wealth is in stocks/cash right now.

He stops by McDougals, sits down and has a $7 lunch, keeps the receipt, then drives to a 3rd property and collects his remaining rent.now we all know the mileage driven is deductible in full for those trips, but what about the lunch cost?

In case anyone missed it, credit union, credit union.If the rental property is rented, the rent can be applied @75% to help Your dti ratio, but I haven't seen that help lower the down stroke.Your best bet is to shop with out credit pulls, make face to face appointments, sit in the hot seat and follow some of Jimmy Moncrief's podcast suggestions, even though they are about commercial lending, His advice is solid.John
