"Subject To"

I am a Real Estate Investor in Wisconsin. My husband and I have 5 properties so far and we are looking to grow larger, but right now all of our money is tied up in our properties, since we acquired them all in just a couple of years. I need someone to help me on exactly how to structure a "Subject To" purchase. I need as much information as possible, including where I can find the correct contract, who keeps the insurance, ect. PLEASE HELP!! :welcome:
