Is it okay to use my real estate LLC to do renovation and/or flip projects?

DH recently purchased and is finishing renovations on a SF home and the plan is to buy and hold for a few years.

I have a lot of questions, but for now I am just wondering why if a place is new or renovated and doing semi well, turning a profit, why sell it, the place I was looking at http://www.trulia.com/property/3072347805-2241-Ham...

That includes complete renovation, removal of wallpaper, replace damaged and gross drywall and Celings, hardwood floor refinished, baths, interiors doors.

#8 is my first largish renovation project.  

I had a huge bathroom on the bedroom level and when renovating relocated the laundry upstairs.

Factors include proximity to retailers and how noisy the neighborhood is.Employees ultimately weigh about 15 variables when calculating a bid price, the monthly rent and renovation costs.

I purchased my home 4 years ago in Montgomery county Pennsylvania. it needed a lot of renovations which took me a year to complete.

I used Samuel's Glass for my home renovation and they replaced single pane with nice argon filled double panes.

I can't find a contractor to renovate my unit(s)!
