I like many I assume read books for a while but never dove in but now that i have I can't get enough and it consumes me. 

Since discovering BP last weekend, I have already had the opportunity to listen to 6 or 7 podcasts, read multiple blogs and beginners guides and I just finished Rich Dad, Poor Dad today and then immediately dove into another BP special.

I have been quietly reading and absorbing information from bigger pockets for over a year ( including reading many of Brandon Turner 's books and webinars) and figured it was time to introduce myself. 

The US is a new kettle of fish so I'm just doing all the reading I can. 

I'd recommend reading the Bigger Pockets books on Rental Property Investing and Managing Rental Properties, those helped me out a lot.

I've taken an action item to read up on commercial loan rates and terms, thanks to you!

Besides reading as many books as I can and  going to as many meetups as I can what steps should I take to keep progressing?  

I do have a meeting set up with a different bank later this week, as after reading some on here I do not think the first bank I selected is necessarily the best fit for what I intend to do long term.  

I read about HELOC, which i always hear but i think you need to complete the duration of the loan otherwise you will be penalized :(.
