You'll need to really read your management contract to figure out what your PMC can and cannot do regarding RentReady repairs.

I read the agreement and my CA property is in the trust agreement.2) I asked Anderson Advisors what I can show/do to make my property manager stop taking out CA franchise tax monthly and they told me to fill out form 590.  

Does anyone have any experience doing this?

However, it can be difficult for someone without mentorship or experience in their field.

Again, please read thoroughly the statutes, they should outline if you must or not keep separate, of course interest or non interest bearing, etc… As long as it does not specify “where” you keep the account, you should be able to put that in your brokerage account.Here in Florida, we can’t commingle accounts and must reconcile each month.
