How can I market my company to the local investors and random home buyers who need to buy low and want to remodel a kitchen or bath or the entire house?

I haven't mail out any probate letters, however when I do from my research on BP I would not say any condolence, I would keep it simple Like im interesting in buying your house make it seem like you didnt even know what happen act like its a random YL you send to the area and it just happened to come at that time.

All we did was randomly pick one person per month to care for their lawn.

Random people wave and honk their horn to say hello when they drive by.

Some were duplications.I did a random site visit to a sampling of them and EVERY ONE OF THEM WAS OCCUPIED.I have cancelled and will not renew.

One random phone call could change your life.

I could just image myself walking around the county buildings randomly declaring "I'm a real estate investor and I'm here to make MONEY!"

I am thinking about, a randomized trial.  1000 yellow letters with MD and 2000 yellow letters without it.Once you start negotiations half of the uniformed contacts should be told you are a Medical Doctor.Profit is probably the most important thing to observe but other results such as... 1)  Call back rates.2)  Number of counter offers.3)  Percentage of increase from original offer to accepted offer.... would be very interesting.PS  Congratulations on getting the MD.

Brotha, the cost to call and email is virtually "FREE"for the most part - their not gonna be rude on the phone - tell them you wanna be their back up sourceyou never know when one of their "GOLF BUDDIES" drops the ball - be there to pick it up and close the deal....Remember these attorneys put their pants on like us - one leg at a timeif your afraid of rejection - you will starve in this businessI just pulled a random list of 100 probate leadsif these guys are so professionalwhy do I see alot of emails ending in:@gmail.com / @ yahoo.com / @ msn.com / @ sbcglobal.net    etc.  

Same with all the other random signs on public property.
