And almost all of them point to the employer match as being why it is such a good choice.The math proves it... an employer-sponsored 401(k) plan, even with a huge match, doesn't come close to the returns that a solid real estate investment portfolio will produce over the long term.

What are the considerations and methods for taking a list of probate filings and cross-matching it with property records to produce a list of probate cases that show the person passing owned real estate?  

It doesn't matter to us whether it's paved, rocks, or whatever, as long as it works and is sustainable over the years with snow plowing.

I pride myself in being very hands on and making all deals produce.
