Take old polluting, gas guzzlers off the streets and at the same time encourage people to buy new car which helps jump start the economy...

I am posting the 5 day letter that Oklahoma requires.Hopefully this will encourage them to pay but if not, I want them out so I can get a paying tenant in.

My philosophy is that the PARENTS and not the Government, should control the health care for their children.

And you will frequently come across real estate related debates raging between these knowledgeable folks; I encourage you all to pay extra close attention to both sides of those discussions, because you'll learn both sides of the issue.Users will challenge posts that seem questionable, and try to extract some better evidence to support these suspect posts.The site is moderated, and there is a management commitment to prevent / eliminate 'spam" posts, and to properly deal with those who choose to not pay attention to the rules.

It sounds to me like she wants to leave and I would encourage that!!!

I agree with the philosophy that a wise person is the one who surrounds himself with (and listens to those) who know more than he/she and there should be no shame in asking questions to acquire useful knowledge.I'm here to learn, help myself, my family, my friends, and help each of you in any way I can.
