It's a great way to find out what they are passionate about and then buuy them something based on your findings.

Unless you have a particular passion for this business, I would recommend for you to sell and allocate your inheritance towards investments you are more familiar with and ones that are a bit closer to you.

Its a passion that is developing for us rather quickly.

there are many people out there that are passionate about real estate and they just want to share that passion with other people.

I'd say do this investing thing for yourself and have a liquidation plan in place for the family in case they don't share your passion.
