There is no limit to the number of deals you can do (like there is in IL).I'm not sure about the dry closings (though I doubt they have that right, either), but the fact that they're already giving you bad advice makes me think it's time to find someone else.Title companies vary quite a bit.

Perhaps the question was posed in a way that the answer had to be "no that won't work", had he posed it like the above, "Can I have SEPP payments setup while collecting rent that goes back into the SDIRA and can I continue to sell stocks and purchase additional rentals while taking SEPP?"

It was like that money did not exist.
