 For me, I did not take a penny the first 5 years. Every dollar made was put aside and then used to reinvest in another property. It was like that money did not exist. Cash is king and I see people make money on a deal and buy a car or spend it on their lifestyle - I did the opposite. Not one penny was spent on any of that and continued to reinvest it.
