For that type of study, Excel is a clear winner, as it is designed to handle that type of dataset exceptionally well and professionals like myself have years of practice and memorized shortcuts doing analysis quickly in Excel.Anything that a real estate investor is likely to use it for, however, is unlikely to need the raw power of Excel and any spreadsheet program will probably serve adequately.These spreadsheets are all the same at the end of the day for any typical analysis.
