There are a couple large challenges I am facing at the current moment. 1) I am overwhelmed on which steps to take to properly enter the wholesale assignment business without wasting time and needing to backtrack. 2) I am having trouble finding a RE agent or broker to work with.

There are worse smaller Banks by the ton, she seems to be "saving" them by selling them off to mid-sized outfits & taking the hit for the downside for the moment.

Then when the BPO is approved by the bank (I also know that figure) my offer is submitted that moment so long as it matches my offer.

Maybe I should keep reading but I would like to know what you found that gave you that AHHA moment...
