And guarantee them they won't have to interact with a mortgage underwriter or a realtor or a loan officer (people they regard as annoyances) to boot.

This allows greater synergy and more social interactions.

I suggest to browse the forums, use the search bar for all your questions and interact with everyone.

Sometimes, even if you have a "binding legal contract" with someone who turns out to be fraudulent, or just a scumbag....you simply tell them you're ending it in writing, end all interaction, and correct the remaining problem.  

With that said, we are happy that the work is going to be done soon, so that we can put this negative interaction behind us and that we can stay properly warm.

But my few interactions with it seems to be the classical case of the blind leading the blind. 

I come here to interact with other investors ask a few questions and help others.  

I have had nothing but positive interactions thus far.
