23 years old, just bought my first duplex.

I am new to BiggerPockets and am very interested in Real Estate investing.  I am 23 years old, graduated from college and currently have a full time job.  I just bought my first duplex, which I will not be living in.  I am renting it out completely.  I want to gain steam in the rental market.  I would like to get to 5 properties by the age of 25.  Any ideas for best approach methods?

Keep doing what you are doing. I love seeing the under 30 crowd succeeding in real estate. I suggest to browse the forums, use the search bar for all your questions and interact with everyone. There is so much to learn and so many to learn from.
