I’m looking into the Indianapolis market to start getting info on where to possible start doing flips.

Any info on how to handle this appropriately would be greatly appreciated.

I know a good agent that works and is from that specific area, if you want his info, let me know and I can message it to you. 

What I also find is most important, that most people around here do not do, is get high quality photos, and bullet point what info you want to get across.

So I've heard horror stories about people giving the information to HML only to have the deal pulled from underneath them by the HML. How do you give them the information they need for the loan without giving them all...
