Include nearest cross streets so people get a feel of where it is located, but do not put an image of the front of the property and do not put the address.

We also have Green Glue left from another job, and while that is not properly adhesive, it could add a little towards decoupling and hopefully sound reduction.

The warehouse I dealt with used to be a metallurgy factory that had a potential of seeping metals into the ground, luckily the owner got an exemption from having to dig up acres of concrete to see if it was going anywhere dangerous, it also helped that he upgraded his building to be as green as possible.

This is likely something you can do on your own, but you have to be very astute and cross every T, dot every I, and know the law well - these slimy 'tenant' advocacy firms will exploit even your tiniest error.

It is always a gamble you take on any offer you accept.BUT -- to reduce your chances of the buyer not qualifying for a loan, ask to have the buyer cross-qualified by a lender you know, like and trust.
