I would listen to a few of his deal analysis YouTube videos to get a feel for what types of deals are out there in Denver right now, and the reason why it works for that particular investor(s).

Hi,I am looking for ways to descale whole house plumbing to get better water pressure on tabs throughout the house.A lot of DIY videos I saw talks about pouring about 2 gallons of vinegar in the water heater and leaving them in the pipes overnight before flushing the next morning.

We are looking into some creative ways to initially fund the BRRRR process and may be able to get away from hard money lending which is def preferable. = )

I would still recommend doing a physical walk through for any property you plan on purchasing (maybe during the inspection) just so you can double check what has been told to you and what you've seen in photos/videos.

1) Get away from using website builders.

@Luis Martell there are lots of videos on youtube with solid info on how to do no money down deals.

But when you're with a group of friends at a getaway -- those are two things you always do.
