@Tyler Quick- thanks for the .....finding a lender will be  a bit easier  as a lender  really wont need  expertise  in any unique  geographic  area  ...whereas   getting a  good  agent  to work with that  is  familiar with the  area you are  focusing on is  crucial ....so  depending on how  wide ranging your  serach will be  - you may want several agents to  work with .....a  loan officer  might have  agents to  refer  but they  are   always open to meeting and working with new agents  

The assignment of Property Classes A, B, C & D are complete arbitraries and these descriptions are generalizations used more to communicate than anything.

Also in your listing settings you can put your bedroom photos with each bedroom description that tells you which size beds are in each bedroom.

same square footage, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, garage, quality of the finishes, great professional pictures, a well written property description, etc?

They are all different but, generally speaking, I believe your description of it accurate.

Note: this description is somewhat broad and the area still needs to mastered block by block.
