I'm actually a web developer, and a couple of years back I built a social media platform very similar to Nextdoor (Online Forums, groups, etc), except it was for an outdoor group.

I don't want to sounds alarming here but these are all pretty fundamental items that would need to be discussed BEFORE you make an offer on a property. 

Whether you are new or experienced you should begin or have documented systems and processes (standard operating procedures) on how you plan to manage any asset fundamentally with an understanding that there is a layer on top with a special plan for that particular asset that may be a stable or value-add play.

@Paul SonSTOP, BACK UP,.Youve fallen into the a very bad way of thinking that many many investors have, and it is a fundamentally incorrect view of investing. 

@Adrian Garza in any market that has solid fundamentals with yr over yr population growth and job growth.

If I was at Stanford in the mid/late nineties and was doing research on the best search / crawling algorithm on the web, then the best business strategy would have been to get into search.However, 7 years later, probably not.It really depends, a lot, on a lot of things.
