After referring numerous people to my favorite mortgage broker I've recently tossed around the idea of becoming a broker myself.

where you make your money is the difference between your original loan and the terms of the note with a tenant buyer, you must have a higher interest rate and you must sell it to them for at least 150k and they will pay that because they can't qualify anywhere else. you are in it with no money because the tenant buyer payed your initial down payment and often more which is money you keep. than you make a monthly income from the spread of the two terms. you become the bank. one of my favorite strategies.

One of my favorite US towns is Bozeman and I already found out it's probably way too saturated to be a good place for newbies to invest in.
