Commercial Lenders/Banks in Ohio

Hello,

I am looking to connect with some commercial lenders/banks who might allow a second mortgage on the property with the seller (bank has first position) and some of the "down payment" would be seller financing?

I have called some banks and they do not do that.  Just looking for any suggestions.  I live in Columbus, but would be willing to talk to other lenders who do business in Ohio.

Thank you!

@Mark Welp try The Savings Bank in Circleville. I've done many commercial deals and they are by far my favorite bank I've ever worked with. Ask for Lonnie, he's the VP of lending and pitch your deal to him.
