Get an insurance policy - especially if you have a mortgage on it or self manage - LLC can easily be pierced if either of the above is true

When conducting a BRRRR of a property that a bank only allows a commercial mortgage on (4+ units), the ways to add value are much more straightforward than a smaller multi-family.

Is your DSCR ratio greater than 1-meaning are you cash flowing (according to the lender's criteria of mortgage, property taxes and insurance (and HOA) if applicable).

It might be worth starting the conversation with your existing CPA on what you would like from them. 

FWIW I have Propstream too, its the best public records (mortgages liens owners etc) soso MLS data and recent sales tool, can pull leads too.
