I’ve never used this feature yet and not sure if there is a cost associated with that.

The contract presented to us is a standard FL As is contract, with the house feature list attached.

IT depends on the HOA, not all HOAs are going to cover things like HVACs and roof, I'd guess that most multifamilies with HOAs are primarily for landscaping and/ or community features like a pool, park, basketball court etc.

@Chris B.The ATM fee refund is a great feature, I don't travel internationally much though.

Any knowledge on dominating industry in that area would be helpful as well.

For example, typically a potential tenant would have the opportunity to ask questions, and the agent can point out features of the home or neighborhood during a showing.
