I have paid more for appraisals but only for large custom SFH. 

I can't wait for journalists of the future to finally do their job and investigate the negative impact of this entire government fiasco.Side note: this is going to really hit the poor communities hard because they don't have picture ID.

I would say you could definitely make it work, just know that it is going to take a lot of customization and you will likely rely on yourself for fixes and answers.
