Is it usually a building by building case?

I already get a list from the county, but they are pre-foreclosures that were field. 

Hello~ I’m operating on the barrier island on the Space Coast of Florida and have found homes to buy, and I have a friend in Cocoa who has been buying condo units in the same building, so very much like apartments.  

My aim is to build a climate controlled facility at one of these identified locations - about 250-300 units. 

That's like buying a lot to build a gas station, but it's zoned residential currently...but maybe you can get a permit. 

This notice must also be filed with the county clerk and posted at the courthouse.

i know this is kind of an old thread, but just wanted to add a few things here: 1. yes you will have to go through permitting process. you will also register this as a SFH with the county.2. you will need to contact DMV to deregister this as a mobile home. 3. you will have to make sure you remove the Axel and the wheels  under the home and make preparations to fix the property to the foundation you already have. currently dealing with similar situation in GA, hence researched a bit to find out the process. 

Most of the other regular costs associated with the loan apply... appraisal, doc fees, county taxes, etc.  

Is it that there is huge inventory of newer buildings like over at Harbor Point etc, or Stamford is not a desirable area for people to rent?
