While agents/brokers have continuing education requirements, I don't recall any offered drilling down in finance.

Some companies charge LL's annual renewal fees, inspection fees, early termination fees with right to continue to collect a monthly % on tenants they find, fee this, fee that etc.

I'll go out on a limb here and say that I'm sure MOST investors would want to work on houses, but you need more money to start and continue that business.

I do like Provident because there are no surprises it's all done by the book.They've got to be doing something right I've seen them fund 9 billion in a quarter and they continually have 4-8% market share.

I would like to continue to use this bank and that is obviously not going to work every time I want to purchase another rental and I don't want to fib like that either.
