@Derek Morrison each state and locality can have different crazy requirements; we’ve had rentals in several states and I just spend time researching required disclosures, inspections, landlord tenant laws for each.

I would definitely be building a team of lawyers, other investors and everyone else that could contribute but this would most likely be further down the road in my career.

We build 100+ unit apartments in HSV.

Without these tools, you'd have to do a lot of manual data collection and copy/pasting of comps/data into a spreadsheet for every property you analyze, was kinda the reason for building this out.

how long are you going to carry the burden while you build out the "resort"what amenities, marketing, management will you be looking to implement?
