Why do you STILL need to send 1000, 2000, 3000 mailers calls or text to "leads" prop stream generates for you to get ONE deal?

The point is that there are two income streams (maybe a bad choice of words), the Capital Gains when Sold, and the Rental Income when rented, and the expenses associated with each.
