Yes you could litigate and argue that the divorce decree granted him ownership yadayadayayda, but that would mean you/his children would have to sue ($$) ex wife to GET TITLE BACK.You husband should hire an attorney to have ex wife sign a deed giving him title to the property.He/you should expect pushback from ex wife if she is not a nice person or bitter, which means he may need to go back to divorce court to enforce the original court order.Good luck.

I noticed on youtube that people are suggesting cold calling leads to find deals. i have experience with cold calling in other things, but absolutely hate doing it and i know most people who get solicited calls hate it too. anyway around this?
