From searching, analyzing, bidding, in-contract, closing, there's a lot that goes on and what most people don't tell you is that it can feel scary at every moment, more so because you don't know, what you don't know. 

I don't really have any current debt but my earnings are barely enough to get by at the moment.

@Kyle Brockman King County and Seattle in particular are very hot markets at the moment.

The area is beautiful - somehow laid back and upscale at the same time.

At that very moment, the historical district inspector shows up.

Louis it seems like you can be in a wonderful area in one moment, and then take a wrong turn and in two seconds you are checking to see if your doors are locked!

There are areas that are growing at a faster rate than others in downtown but the area around Children's Hospital is the hottest at the moment.  

But that looks like a beautiful home for a very reasonable price.

If the property has many vacancies at the moment, subtract an additional amount from your offer price, to cover your first few months. 

Our apartment market is pretty hot at the moment, but there are deals to be had still.
