I have been in construction and worked on homes all throughout my life and have a good background to help manage the property.What I would like to know and where I don't have experience is on the financing side, I have read typically 20-25% is required for a down payment on an investment property which I can provide.

If you get military people, they've already passed background checks.

If you qualify the beauty is that you can earn and learn as a limited partner participating with experts that do this for a living.  

I remember the guy at the paint store pointing out to me latex  paint is easier to clean, but I told him I prefer enamel.During the showing, most people coming through looking would comment what a beautiful paint job it was, the owner taking time to trim base boards with high gloss white.
