We have local attorney that may be able to handle the situation but I'd prefer to work and develop a relationship with an attorney that specializes in insurance fault as this certainly won't be the last time we need one.There is a mountain of information at this point showing the insurance companies bad faith throughout the process.

Doctors sometimes get a special deal because their super high income (or projected future super high income) makes them deemed worthy, by banks, of cross-selling other financial goods and services to in the future (or projected worthiness to cross-sell).

You'd be better hooking up with a guy that specializes in what you want. 

But this is for your CPA to take care of, whether you retain your current one or switch to someone specializing in real estate.
