I have tenants in Erie County that is 2 months behind and I want to evict him. I tried to contact him but no communication. I am willing to work but he is ignoring me so I will do what I need to do to evict

Anyone out there familiar with the current Covid 19 eviction restrictions?

@Hai Loc I'm also in Erie County. There is a statewide eviction moratorium through August 20. Unless this person is creating a threat to someone, you really can't do much of anything. I recently had someone not responding to us, and we genuinely wanted to work with them (and find out what was going on). I called their emergency contacts, and that got through to them. They were simply overwhelmed and showing that we would work with them helped open the communication back up.

I'll PM you a real estate attorney I recommend in Erie County.
