I think from what I gather from feedback - tell me if I am right: 1. buy newer built condos or townhouses 2. watch out for HOA / condo fees - the lower the better3. have nice cash flow coming in -- ie .5%+ ($400k investment = make sure it rents for $2k+)4. 3 bedroom is better than 2 and 2 bedrooms is better than 15. see markets 1 hour outside of Toronto -- check Hamilton, Guelph, Cambridge, maybe even London6. houses are better for appreciation but will be more work and more expensiveAnything else I missed?
