Nashville Short Term Rentals

I am a Chicago Investor and my primary investment strategy is the BRRR Strategy with a few flips mixed in. I am looking to venture into the Nashville Short Term Rental space. How has the market been treating everyone? Any tips for someone expanding in the area?

Hi @Richard Jeffries. The Nashville market is very hot right now. While inventory is a little low, the sales are up. I will say it can be a bit difficult to get a short term rental permit in the area, especially in Nashville proper. The easiest way to get one is if you are living in the residence and have an area to rent within the residence, whether it be a basement, garage apartment, or rooms for rent. There are some great areas to continue with your BRRRR model in Middle Tennessee area, along with a lot of flip opportunities as well. I am a REI agent in the area, feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
