I am wanting to get advice from you guys on what is my best option to get in the fix and flip game. 

My struggle is two-fold.... 1, finding deals in volume, and 2, my private money lender only has pockets that are so deep, and my lines of credit are small....

Waiting game for now

That route would put me out of the game altogether.With this background now set,i mean to ask:if you were in my position,how would you proceed to structure a no-money down in this instance?

Just a new guy just trying to better understand real estate investments and been thinking of ways to start doing more since I live in a mostly college town and really want to start renting.

Looking back I was prolly super naive about how the whole game works... however that was like 15 deals ago.  

And if you find a good one, they'll have pocket listings that no one will see until it's too late.

I heard Josh, Brandon, and Mindy when they appeared as guests on various old episodes of the Stacking Benjamins podcast and was intrigued enough to start listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast.
