Hello everyone, My question is if you bought a duplex with 3.5% down using an FHA loan and you can't find a tenant to live in the other room and at the same time you don't want to be paying the full mortgage, what do you do?

each state has their own paperwork for contracts/selling, and can be found online. 

That way I just deposit rents in each individual account and pay the mortgages out of the proper account.

One property I am currently looking at is a new construction townhome - 3 bed, 2 bath, and 1900 sq ft for a purchase price of $360,000 (Roughly $2600/month mortgage payment).

They think signing up is the work, but it's just the start.Most things you can learn online here or YouTube for free or by going to meetups and building those relationships in real life.

First mortgage started foreclosure, but it has couple of municipal liens on it.
