Should I pay 3.5k for commercial property mentorship?

I've done residential rentals in the past but looking to start into commercial. I know nothing about working with commercial properties. I was recently offered mentorship through a veteran's program for commercial real estate. Just wondering if anybody thinks it'd be worth it and offer any advice. Thanks in advance.
