Tax Lien, abandonment and foreclosure legal help

I purchased my first tax lien and need to get the property placed as abandoned so we can start foreclosure. Can anybody recommend a lawyer who deals with tax liens? I am located in Atlantic County, NJ. 

Ive never hired legal help, would it better to find local or can I look in other parts of nj also since it seems most everything can be done online?
