@Erika CollinsWhen you are removing the "item," if it has lead paint you will be creating lead paint dust. 

List is not exhaustive but a very good one.

There are also very few houses on the market and the ones that get listed usually move pretty quick.

We have a lakehouse that we're considering listing as an STR part time.

Your initial post said it was listed on Zillow . . . your second one said it was not listed . . . that makes a difference. 

Looking through listings recently I've noticed that a lot of them don't have dressers, and if they do you can tell it's mostly decorative because they don't look very useful (short/shallow drawers, minimal space etc).
