Is there a website I can have people bid on the work or what is the easiest ways you have found to find the best GCs?

@Mike McGee I have found the executive offices are generally easier to rent than larger offices, but depends on the city.

In my research I've found "my solo 401k financial" that allows for REI investing, but haven't had any true luck with any others.

I found a nice triplex I want to look at that looks promising.
