I have two SFR properties in Texas (one in Spring for past three years and one in Conroe for past three months) which I plan on keeping for the long term while continuing to build my portfolio. Are there any others out there who have utilized SFR buy and hold strategy in Texas that would be willing to share their story - pros cons etc.? Trying to connect with seasoned investors Im the area who have followed a similar path. Thank you!
