Hi everyone,Sorry for the delay in response. the android app isn't allowing me to reply to any of the posts.

Just search numerous apps multiple times a day (realtor, trulia, Loopnet, etc) and have a local agent forward you properties that meet your criteria.

I couldn't find it on the app version.

So i created a simple podio app with the info i typically ask and found out that i can actually use the location block to populate my current location using the GPS on my phone.

@Angelo GoodwinZillow, realtor and various other apps work but I like to cross reference to the county assessors records.

BP has a good category for success stories -- here's an example: Share Your Success Stories.Could be helpful to google things like "rehabbed bathroom(/kitchen/bedroom, etc) before and after" to see what kinds of things people are doing.Lastly - try the app "houzz" -- very good for design inspiration to get those ideas rolling.Best of luck!

Also yeah, the android app won't let you tag, or quote anyone or anything. 

Eliminate the rest as quickly as possible and get the qualified filling in the app as quickly as possible (ipad, on-site)...

I'm kinda new to this whole bigger pocket thing ... not really sure how to use it .. it won't even let me upload a picture thru the app ..
