Hi BP,

I live in California and am looking to purchase property in the Detroit suburbs. The cities that I am looking at are Redford, Garden City, Westland, Melvindale, Allen Park.  I may consider other nearby cities, but these are specific areas that I have done a little research on.  I will be in MI the week of Christmas and New Years and will be traveling there throughout the year next year. 

I would like to talk to realtors, wholesalers, property manager and other investors in the area that I might have information that that I should consider investing in the area being out of the state.

I am looking at multi unit properties up to 250K.

You can buy a lot with that kind of money... Is it something that will cash flow well????  That's another thing
